The Faculty of Organization and Management of Lodz University of Technology is one of the  leading research and teaching institutions in Poland to effectively combine organization and management issues with technical sciences and business practice. The Faculty of Organization and Management of Lodz University of Technology provides its academic staff with opportunities for continual growth and development, ensures that its students receive the best education based on advanced knowledge of organization and management, and contributes to the development of broadly defined business competences required by the economic environment.

New quality is introduced into research, education, and cooperation with the microenvironment by continual improvement of the processes of science and research, teaching, and service provision.

The principal objective  for the TUL Faculty of Organization and Management is to achieve the standing of a leading research and teaching institution with full academic rights.

Its accomplishment requires applying the Faculty’s resources to the achievement of the established strategic objectives:

  1. competent staff and reaching global standards in research,
  2. high standard of education and future-proof programmes,
  3. active engagement with the environment,
  4. active student community,
  5. modern and efficient management of the Faculty.

The Dean and the Council of the Faculty of Organization and Management direct all employees of the Faculty to work towards the accomplishment of the above strategic goals by commitment to their tasks, continual improvement of processes, reporting any and all observed irregularities, and undertaking corrective and improvement actions.

Hereby, the Dean of the Faculty of Organization and Management declares he knows and understands the Quality Policy at all levels of management.
