The curriculum is designed to prepare students for management careers at business organizations and public institutions as well as for going into business.

Licencjat degree:

Duration – 3 years

Language of instruction – Polish

Graduates know how organizations operate in market economy, and have the skills to manage material, human, financial, and information resources.

Magister degree:
Duration – 2 years
Language of instruction – Polish

Graduates can solve complex economic, organizational, human resources and financial problems with the aid of ICT tools. They have specialist knowledge and analytical skills.

The curriculum is designed to prepare students for management careers at business organizations and public institutions as well as for going into business.

Graduates with a degree in Management are prepared to work in multicultural business environment. They know management methods and techniques, work organization, modern marketing, and are able to apply this knowledge in practice. They are prepared for careers in international organizations, in national economic organizations, and in local government agencies whose main activities concentrate on international cooperation.

Graduates are able to pursue careers as specialists in organization and management, assistant managers, and take on leading roles in organizations in the future. They also have competences required for going into business in the global market.

A ’mobility semester’ is a compulsory part of the degree programme.  All students complete it abroad at a partner university of their choice.

 

Management and Production Engineering

Licencjat / Magister degree
Duration – 4 / 2 years
Language of instruction – Polish

The curriculum is designed to educate future engineers with regard to manufacturing methods and techniques, advanced technological solutions, production systems, and technology transfer and innovation.

Graduates have knowledge of the principles of production management coupled with practical skills to analyse organizational environment, and plan development and activities with reference to preparation, carrying out and control of production processes and cost management.

Graduates have advanced knowledge of production engineering and complex decision support systems in an organization. The process of education is designed to prepare students for tasks involving organizational, technical, and construction analyses and reports, and design of production processes.

The International Faculty of Engineering runs this degree programme in English and in French as the languages of instruction.

Occupational Safety Engineering

Inżynier degree
Duration – 4 years
Language of instruction – Polish

Graduates have the skills to design and monitor work environment, work organization, and workers’ behaviour in order to prevent and reduce the number of incidents, emergencies, and occupational diseases.

The curriculum allows students to acquire knowledge and skills to perform analyses of risk and safety, control the enforcement of health and safety regulations and principles, safety management, and deliver OHS trainings.

Graduates can pursue careers in all sectors of the economy and administration regardless of the size of the organization and level of management.

 

Management Engineering *a new field of study

Inżynier degree
Duration – 4 years
Language of instruction – Polish

Graduates have basic theoretical and practical knowledge within the scope of technical and social sciences, and interdisciplinary competences required for effective performance of managerial tasks involving design, modification and maintenance of cost effective organizational solutions in business.

Graduates are open-minded, creative, and have a great capacity for cooperation with various professional groups locally, nationally, and internationally.

The curriculum is designed to address the needs of different sectors of the economy, and puts special emphasis on the specific nature of small enterprise management, corporate management and public management.
