4. Target audience:
The studies are aimed at middle and high tier managers in management, directors, heads of offices and specialists hired in HR departments, project leaders, team managers and others who aspire to be appointed as managers as well as individuals who are willing to obtain a new professional qualification.
5. Aim of studies:
The aim of the programme is:
- to acquaint the students with coaching and what conditions must be fulfilled to effectively coach and mentor in an organization
- to present knowledge transfer tools and their applicability to the expectations of the participants of coaching and mentoring processes
- to present personal barriers that may have an impact on coaching’s lack of effectiveness and how to overcome them
- to gain basic abilities required to prepare and deliver a coaching session
6. Learning outcomes:
Having completed the studies, the student will be able to:
- plan and organize a coaching/mentoring session
- diagnose client needs and offer a coaching service contract
- design a mentoring session and support the client’s adaptive abilities
- effectively function and communicate in domain and interdisciplinary teams
- independently solve coaching and mentoring problems
- work according to an ethical code of a coach/mentor

At least 11 participants required

2 semesters
9. Documents required/recruitment rules:
- completed higher education programmes (bachelor’s, engineer’s, master’s, master’s and engineer’s degrees),
- filling in the registration form.
- paying in at least one tuition fee installment.
