The office hours of the Vice-dean for Student Affairs Ilona Penc-Pietrzak PhD are available at the link.
Dear Students,
The best way to begin addressing your matter is by preparing and submitting the appropriate request to the Dean's Office (e.g. for repeating a semester, setting a new deadline for submitting a paper, health-related leave, etc.). This will significantly speed up the process, as making a decision often requires additional data, which is searched for, verified, or calculated by the Dean's Office. If the decision does not align with your expectations, please feel free to schedule a meeting to find an alternative solution.
Vice Dean for Student Affairs
