The equilibrium point determines the maximum efficiency of the enterprise taking into account human and social capital in the balance sheet, as opposed to net profit, the maximization of which often means wasting resources, not only the environmental but also human and social ones.

Description

The training is dedicated to team leaders who are aware of the needs related to building, motivating and managing teams. Leaders have to face increasingly high requirements as managers and as those who create specific attitudes in the team. They are expected to have high competences not only in the area of specialization in which the team carries out their activities, but also in terms of soft skills – necessary for teamwork. Currently, managers often work in teams that are very diverse not only in terms of competence, personality or age, but also culturally diverse, which can often create completely new challenges for the manager. Training is a process that lasts, depending on the needs, from 6 to 8 months. It consists of cyclical, individual meetings with a certified trainer. Each meeting takes place according to an agreed schedule adjusted to the requirements of the participant.
