The activity of the organization is related to the creation and implementation of projects concerning economic, ecological and social problems both in the local and global community, promotion of CSR principles and development of entrepreneurial features in members. The beneficiaries of the projects are socially excluded people (e.g. the unemployed, the disabled). The mission of the organisation is to improve the quality of life of the beneficiaries in a visible way by creating projects that have a real impact on the chance of generating profit.

We are involved in the implementation of projects in the field of HR, which enable members of the circle to put their knowledge into practice. Student research group “Experience” is about self-fulfilment and development of one’s skills while gaining soft skills. The most ambitious members have the opportunity to coordinate the course of the implemented projects and make their own ideas come true. Training in soft and hard skills is organized for the members of the group. We use the acquired knowledge by taking part in competitions and co-organizing both departmental and national events. We also deal with scientific activities through participation in national and international scientific conferences. “Experience” is about the people who create it, their passions, aspirations and aspirations.

We mainly deal with management, production and logistics activities. We cooperate with companies from the Lodz Voivodeship in order to get to know in practice what we want to do in the future. We organize trips to foreign factories such as BMW and Porsche. By doing so, we give the members of our group an opportunity to take a broader look at the latest production organization techniques and use the latest technology. Our group consists mainly of students of: Management, Logistics, Management and Production Engineering. The members of our association publish the results of research work conducted together with the faculty members.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a management strategy, according to which enterprises voluntarily take into account social interests, environmental aspects and relations with various groups of stakeholders, in particular with employees. Our research group is an inter-faculty student organization founded on 3 December 2020 at the Lodz University of Technology. We are open to all students, also from outside Lodz University of Technology. The organization was established in order to deepen and promote knowledge in the field of corporate social responsibility. Our members intend to start cooperation with entrepreneurs and gain practical experience in the field. We would also like to collaborate with other student research groups at the Lodz University of Technology dealing with similar topics. The group consists of 18 members and a supervisor – Aleksandra Makowska PhD.
