Scientific activity evaluation

Evaluation is a scientific work quality rating, which is performed for each scientific discipline practiced by a given institution. The rating includes achievements of the individual employees representing a particular discipline. Each discipline is assigned a scientific category: A+, A, B+ or C. These categories in turn determine whether or not a particular subject can offer specific study programmes, open a doctoral school, grant scientific titles and ranks. Moreover the subvention amount, i.e. the amount of money, an institution can receive from the governmental budget is highly dependent on its category.
