The Faculty of Organization and Management has successfully passed the eligibility review stage for accreditation and can now begin the process of institutional accreditation, International Quality Accreditation (IQA), conducted by the CEEMAN association. Business schools and universities offering programs in management are eligible to apply for this accreditation. The accreditation process includes a detailed assessment of various factors, such as the faculty’s mission and development strategy, alignment of the education offering with market needs, innovation in education, relationships with the business community, internationalization, and more. The faculty is currently preparing its self-assessment report.
The CEEMAN IQA accreditation aims to improve education in the field of management. It emphasizes meeting internationally recognized quality standards while also addressing the needs and expectations of the local environment in which the accredited institution operates. The principles of the CEEMAN IQA accreditation also include:
- Strengthening international connections among researchers in the field of management education and research, while promoting and supporting collaboration between the institution and regional partners, as well as gaining a better understanding of their needs and expectations, including those related to research areas.
- Supporting continuous improvement in all aspects of institutional activity and encouraging creativity and innovation in the content of education for future managers, as well as the tools used to deliver it.
- Ensuring high-quality education for future managers, including a broader understanding of social, ethical, and environmental responsibility, which business activities entail.

The IQA CEEMAN accreditation is funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (MNiSW) as part of the POWER project "Foreign Accreditations." The goal of the project is to help Polish universities obtain foreign accreditations and certifications from industry committees, which enhance the international competitiveness of the institutions. The EU funding for the project amounts to 84.28%, with the remaining funds provided by the state budget.
