Management issues including TQM, quality, occupational health and safety, environment and industry management systems.
4. Target audience:
The post-graduate studies programme is intended for university graduates (first- and second-cycle degree programmes), in particular the management staff of companies responsible for the implementation, maintenance and improvement of management systems.
5. Aim of studies:
- enriching knowledge and skills in the field of company management and Quality Management Systems of current and potential management staff of enterprises,
- transfer of knowledge and experience concerning the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and other industry-specific management systems,
- special emphasis is placed on shaping the students’ ability to use the acquired knowledge in practice.
6. Learning outcomes:
After completing the post-graduate studies, a graduate is able to:
- apply precisely the terms and definitions used in management systems,
- explain basic issues and perform key analyses related to the issues that are prerequisites for a detailed understanding of management systems,
- use methods, techniques and tools to improve company and management systems,
- design documentation related to the management systems discussed in the study programme,
- analyze problems in areas directly related to management and quality management systems,
- conduct detailed process analyses in order to assess the situation of the company with regard to its readiness to implement the management system(s).

- acceptance is based on submitted electronic applications,
- acceptance is determined by the order in which applications are submitted,
- admission to the studies is conditional on completion of at least first-cycle studies – undergraduate or engineering studies.

12. Recommendations:
I was prompted to undertake post-graduate studies in Management and Quality Management Systems by the desire to develop my skills and the prospect of broadening my professional opportunities. The curriculum was in line with my expectations. The classes were aimed at practical exploration of the issues related to quality, which suited me very much. The instructors were professionals with extensive practical experience. Generally speaking, I consider the classes to be of high quality. In addition to that, the possibility of obtaining certificates was important to me. I do recommend these studies.
