- project management methods, especially PRINCE2 (certification)
- project risk management
- project team creation and motivation
- computer-aided project management
- collaboration techniques in a project team
- project financing, including project financed with EU funds
4. Target audience:
The studies are aimed at managers with an established record and experience who want to acquaint themselves with methods and techniques of project management as to use and perfect them.
5. Aim of studies:
The aim of the programme is to education project management specialists, especially:
- to introduce the students to project management problems
- to acquaint the students with methods and tools used in the domain
- to develop the abilities to plan, organise and control activities related to project delivery
- to acquain the students with computer aid systems for project management
- to acquaint the students with work psychology and organizational behaviour issues in project management processes
- to develop the abilities crucial for efficient team project leadership
6. Learning outcomes:
Having completed the studies, the student will be able to:
- formulate, explain, assess and apply basic rules methods, techniques, tools and materials required to solve problems of introducing new technical and organisational solutions
- prepare investment, development and process projects using methods and techniques widely used in project management
- manage projects effectively and in a business target-oriented manner
- effectively function and communicate both in domain and interdisciplinary teams
- function in an entrepreneurial manner in any organisational or technical environment while adhering to the rules of work ethics and occupational safety

- completed higher education programmes (bachelor’s, engineer’s, master’s, master’s and engineer’s degrees),
- filling in the registration form.
